For over 10 years we have specialized in assisting Dealers to create their own on site BDC’s for Fixed Operations, Variable and Internet and many of our Dealers were very successful at it. 
We felt that the onsite BDC was a much more personal option than a remote call centre with 600 people in a room that know nothing about your specific business - any one of which may be answering the phone or calling your customers. We truly felt this type of environment would push clients away rather than build relationships. The reality was however, that many of our Dealers did not have the resources or desire to run their own BDC.
