Over the last 10 years DealerMine has evolved in many ways. When I look back and see all the challenges and opportunities that we have been faced with, and how as a team we were able to realize so much success, it excites me to look ahead and know without a doubt that we have the right people in place to tackle any challenge that comes our way.

We are well respected in our industry and it took us 10 years to earn that. I believe a company should be built on respect, honesty and integrity and that is exactly what we have done over the years. We have never sacrificed those beliefs for quick return. Our approach has always been to generate opportunities by serving our customers to the best of our ability in everything we do.

We do not spend hundreds of thousands on ads or marketing, we instead focus on our customers and rely on them for the word of mouth and referrals they provide. This business model can be risky and it does break most of the rules followed by others in our industry, but over the long term it has created a strong foundation for us to grow from.

We learn from our mistakes, when we make an error we correct it, we do what we say we will and we appreciate our customers and our team members. These simple philosophies have held us in good stead. We believe in earning your business every month and trust when we do a good job you will stay with us and refer your colleagues.

This is why we have never had long term contracts, just simple and straight forward ones, derived from the honour we feel lies in a handshake and a promise. We have built a strong team of great people that share our values and because of that our clients love talking to us.
